World Squash Day is held annually to promote the sport of squash and give an opportunity for squash fans and players to unite globally and celebrate their sport.
The ultimate aim of World Squash Day is to increase squash awareness and participation, and create opportunities for those who have never tried squash to get involved and GO FOR IT!
In 2014, World Squash Day will be held on Saturday 18 October.

Stafford Christmas Party – 6th December 2014
The annual Stafford Squash Club Christmas Party is being held at the Squash Club pool area, in a repeat of a very successful and enjoyable event last year.
The event begins at 3pm and is free to all Stafford Squash Club members and their families. If visitors to the club wish to attend, there will be a cost of $10 per family party.
There will be a BBQ, free use of the pool and all drinks will be half price. Parents MUST take full responsibility for their children around the pool area.

2014 Stafford – Junior Timed Mixed Graded Tournament
These tournaments are for players of all standards and especially beginners. All players will be put in to a division purely BASED on their ABILITY and NOT THEIR GENDER or THEIR AGE. These tournaments are designed for the juniors to have FUN!!!
Conditions of Play
- This Tournament is a ONE day Timed Mixed Graded Event.
- First time Brisbane City Squash Timed Mixed Graded entrants will pay an entry fee of $10.00 per head all others pay: 1 Child $20.00, 2 Siblings $35.00, 3 Siblings $50.00, 4 Siblings $60.00
- No player will be permitted to play until entry fees are PAID in full.
- Players are guaranteed a MINIMUM of 4 matches. ie. 1 match consists of 2 ½ minutes each side for warm up following by 15 minutes of continuous play.
- Scoring is PAR with the winner being the player with the most amount of points at the end of a continuous 15 minute period. On the whistle, play stops, even if a draw.
- Winner of a Division is the player with the highest match wins, if match wins are drawn then count back on points; if tied on wins and points then the Division winner is the victor of their match.
- ALL entrants must be at Stafford Squash Centre on Sunday the 19th of October by 8.55am for a 9am briefing.
- Play commences with or without an opponent at 9.20am SHARP.
- ALL Players must mark and/or referee the match immediately following theirs. Parents are NOT allowed to mark/referee only to provide assistance if required.
- Protective eyewear must be worn by players at ALL times whilst on the court.
- The organiser’s decisions are final and they also reserve the right to:
- Refuse any entry
- Regrade any player

Each player enters and players in this tournament at his/her own risk. The venue operators, staff and Brisbane City Squash Inc accept no responsibility for any loss, damage or injury of any nature whatsoever arising from any player’s participation in this event. Entry into this tournament shall be sufficient evidence that these conditions are accepted by the player and by the parents of this player. By signing this form, I give permission for Stafford Squash Centre, Brisbane City Squash and the tournament sponsors to use any photographic or video materials in which I am subject for marketing or promotional purposes.
