- New Green and Yellow Walls to match our Group Fitness Room & Gym ,
- Sound Proofing with Gyprock Wall And Window to close room off to give us a Theatre ,
- New Coloured ” disco “lighting ,
- Stereo High Fi Sound System
- Video Blu Ray DVD Projector to put Images and DVD s on the Big Screen
To really give us the Tour De France feel, but we are calling it, “TOUR DE STAFFORD”.
This is the biggest addition to Physical Addiction in years , it’s the ultimate Cardio Work Out and with our Spin Room Theatre create something magical to enjoy.
Group Fitness No 2 Room
The Room will be set up as Group Fitness No 2 Room , so when we are not doing Spin , our Classes such as ABT and Boxing will be held there accordingly, so they can run multiple classes for the 1st time ever !
Members
Members with Full Memberships will now have Spin included as part of Memberships. Gym Only Members can upgrade to include Spin , and our hope is to see a no of New Members join Physical Addiction with Spin on board with us.
