Joining or renewing your membership

Instructions below explain how to renew your membership with Stafford Squash club and the associated affiliations.

 

1. You should receive an email from SportyHQ with details of how to log in to the system, using the email address you have registered with Stafford Squash Club. If this is an issue, it can be resent by email the club back directly and I can reassign for you.

 

2. Navigate to SportyHQ website.

3. Log in to SportyHQ website, by entering your username and password, then click “Login”.

4. You are now logged in. Under “Stafford Squash, click “Renew Membership”.

5. Update and confirm your details, then scroll to bottom of page.

6. Once your details are up to date and correct, click “Continue”.

7. Select the “Stafford Squash Club Membership” and click “Continue”.
(Options should also be available for LIFE and JUNIOR members)

8. Select the appropriate membership option, in most cases. “Full Membership – Full Year” for both entities below and click “Continue”.

9. Read and accept the terms and conditions and click “Continue”.

10. Check the memberships have all been correctly selected, the total should equal $110 for full membership for full year. Once checked and you are happy, click “Continue”.

11. Select payment method and follow instructions.

 

12. Once you have paid, you will be directed to a completion page showing that your membership has been completed.

13. You will then receive an email, with an invoice, confirming you membership and payment was successful.

The process is now completed and nothing to do for another year, except charge around a squash court and enjoy the benefits of membership and participation in what is a great sport.
